Terms of the Skrzat B2B platform
Draft · 22.07.2026 · document for legal review before publication
§1. General provisions
The platform at b2b.skrzatmeble.pl is operated by PPH Skrzat Sp. z o.o., ul. Lubawska 10, 14-200 Iława, Poland, VAT ID 7441807847 ("the Provider"). The platform is intended solely for businesses (B2B) and is not directed at consumers.
§2. Registration and verification
Registration requires: the representative's first and last name, company name, VAT ID (NIP), e-mail and a secure password. After registration the customer confirms the e-mail via an activation link. The Provider then verifies the business in public registries (incl. the VAT taxpayer register) and with automated credibility analysis. In case of doubt, verification is performed manually. Customers have the right to human review and to contest an automated assessment (biuro@skrzatmeble.pl).
§3. Wholesale orders
Prices shown after signing in are net (excl. VAT) and constitute an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer. The minimum order is one pallet. After placing an order the customer receives a proforma invoice with calculated transport cost. Fulfilment starts after payment is booked. Lead times are given individually.
§4. Dropshipping
In the dropshipping model the customer places an order indicating the end-customer's data and may provide the courier, shipping label, pickup date and additional information. Skrzat picks and hands over the parcel according to the data provided. The customer is responsible for the correctness of addresses and labels and for the legality of their own sales.
§5. Payments
Settlement is based on a proforma invoice, by bank transfer, within the term stated on the document (dropshipping also: Przelewy24 online). A VAT invoice is issued after payment is booked.
§6. Complaints & liability
Complaints: biuro@skrzatmeble.pl, handled within 14 days. In B2B relations the Provider's liability for lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§7. Personal data
Data processing rules are described in the Privacy policy (GDPR).
§8. Final provisions
The Provider may amend the Terms for valid reasons with prior notice. Polish law applies; disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Provider's seat.
